At Connect Realtors Network, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and valuable real estate tools to our users. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing any subscription plan or service.
1. Subscription Plans (Monthly, Yearly, Lifetime)
All payments made for subscription plans are non-refundable.
Once a user subscribes to a paid plan (Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime), the access and benefits are granted immediately.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused days, change of mind, or user inactivity.
2. Premium WhatsApp Group Access
Payments made to join city-wise or premium WhatsApp groups are non-refundable.
Access to groups is granted as per the plan and verified upon successful payment.
If you are removed from a group due to a violation of group rules, no refund will be provided.
3. Developer Ad Promotions & Paid Listings
Fees paid by developers or property owners for advertising or property promotion are non-refundable once the ad is live.
We offer a review and preview option before publishing; post-approval refunds are not eligible.
4. Referral Earnings & Wallet Transfers
Referral rewards credited to your wallet are based on verified conversions.
If a referred user is found to be fraudulent or inactive, referral earnings may be revoked.
Withdrawals once processed cannot be reversed or refunded.
5. Duplicate Payments or Technical Errors
If you are charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical error, don't hesitate to contact us within 7 days.
Eligible duplicate payments will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. Cancellation Policy
Users can cancel their subscription anytime to stop auto-renewal (if enabled), but no refund will be issued for the current billing cycle.
Lifetime plans are one-time access fees and cannot be cancelled or downgraded.
